Analyst Ming-Chi Kuo suggests Apple may upgrade the next-generation MacBook Neo with the A19 Pro chip expected in the iPhone 17 Pro, along with 12GB RAM and a possible touchscreen display integrated into the IPS panel. macOS could also gain touchscreen optimisation before its launch. However, the device is likely at least a year away and plans may change. Separately, Bloomberg’s Mark Gurman said Apple could expand “Neo” branding to other affordable devices, potentially renaming the Apple Watch SE lineup as Apple Watch Neo.
