Instagram is testing a new “Your Algorithm” feature that lets users personalise their feeds by adding or removing topics of interest, starting with Reels and later expanding to Explore. Announced by CEO Adam Mosseri, the tool summarises user engagement patterns and allows further topic adjustments via an Add+ option. The update aims to give users more control over their content experience, aligning with Meta’s push for transparency and customisation across its platforms, including future plans for Threads.
