Apple’s upcoming iOS 26 update will introduce a new Liquid Glass design language for iPhone. As per a feature tracker, WhatsApp is testing the implementation of this feature for its iOS app in beta. It may offer a refreshed visual experience with background layers, buttons, and context menus displaying a depth effect and reacting to their surrounding environment.
